50u Clear BOPP/Solvent base-Mid-stick removable/30U Clear PET
This 50u clear BOPP label consists of a 67±10% g/m² thick biaxially oriented transparent Polyethylene film as the face material, coated for added durability and clarity. The liner is a clear PET film with a thickness of 0.03±10% mm, offering excellent release properties and ease of conversion. It features a 6~10N/25mm peel adhesion at room temperature, ensuring strong attachment to most surfaces, yet is removable without leaving adhesive residue after being exposed to 80-90°C hot water.

Product Description
The 50u clear BOPP label is a versatile labeling material designed for applications requiring mid-level adhesive strength and excellent removability. Paired with a clear PET release liner, it offers ease of handling and efficient label dispensing. The 50u Clear BOPP material maintains its performance even under varying temperatures, with a service temperature range of -10°C to 40°C, and is designed for easy application, even in colder conditions, with a minimum application temperature of 10°C.

Product Application
The material has certain tear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, stable physical and chemical properties, good anti-fouling, oil-proof, good transparency, and has a certain barrier performance. It can be repeatedly pasted on many objects.
Excellent washing and removal performance, widely used to make beer bottle labels, etc. Due to the different surface properties of the object to be attached. It is recommended to carry out the label sticking test on the object to be put into use.

Converting
Corona is required before printing, suitable for most printing methods and inks. It is necessary to test the ink before printing. Note that the temperature during the drying process of the ink should not be higher than 45°C to prevent the reversible curling of the surface material.
It is suitable for high-speed overprinting, die- cutting and waste discharge on a rotary machine. Due to the thin substrate, a very sharp die cutter should be used. Excessive tension should be avoided, causing the adhesive to overflow. Static electricity must be prevented or a static elimination device installed on the processing equipment.
